We started Subnet345 because we spent our careers operating the layer beneath production systems, the real-time infrastructure that answered billions of queries a day, and we could see the same reckoning coming for agents.

Once software acts on your behalf, the record of what that software did stops being optional and becomes the ground everything else stands on.

So we built the record substrate. Then we did the thing most companies only claim: we run our own business on that substrate. We would rather show you the record than sell you a promise.

We are operators, not consultants. We ship only what we have run ourselves, inside our own perimeter, and where the roadmap runs ahead of what ships today, we say so in plain words on the page.

You should not have to trust us. The whole design is that you verify the record yourself, in your own perimeter.

We operated the infrastructure underneath this class of problem together, went our separate ways for more than a decade, and came back together in 2026 to build the record layer the moment demanded. Operations, security, and sales, the same three roles we have always held.

Jon Torrez is a named co-inventor on two U.S. patents in network-traffic prioritization. Jeff Singleton served in the U.S. Navy and Jeff Hewgley in the U.S. Army, and both have spent the years since in enterprise security.
